How does TraxonShop work?
TraxonShop is designed to make buying merch quick, easy, and hassle-free.
Whether you’re shopping from our TraxonShop, JumpInside Games, or TMRadio collections, using our checkout system, or creating custom items through our BYOM (Build Your Own Merch) service, we aim to make your experience as easy and seamless as possible.

How the General Store Works
TraxonShop’s general store—featuring merchandise from TraxonShop, JumpInside Games, and TMRadio—is designed to quick and easy to use.
Simply select the store you’d like to browse, then choose your product, size, and colour (if available). Each product page includes detailed descriptions and size guides to help you make the best choice. Once you’re happy with your selection, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order smoothly.
In addition to shopping, you can also use handy tools like Wishlist and Compare to keep track of your favourite items and make informed choices.

Browse, Customise, Order
If you want to customize your own, visit the Build Your Own Merch section to upload your own design or text. Once you're happy with the design, simply add the item to your cart, then checkout with your shipping info and payment method, and wait for your order confirmation email.

Print and Delivery
After placing your order, your order has to be created and printed. Our third party print providers pack and ship your item with recycled film, so we stay eco friendly, then it directly delivers to your chosen delivery address. You'll receive a tracking link once your item is shipped, at any point during the process you wish to track your product, use our tracking feature on our shop, just enter in the tracking information or order number, and see where your item is, as it arrives at the delivery address.
Unique and Community-Driven
Traxon Shop strive to give you the best and most unique shopping experience, as we want to make this store as easy as possible from the process of choosing a product, to it arriving at your door, we also want to give the customer a place to design their own product in their own style, or choosing a uniquely designed product, we’re always brainstorming ideas for new and creative ways on improving TraxonShop.
