TraxonShop uses a variety of printing techniques depending on the item and material. These include DTG, All-Over Printing, Sublimation, Embroidery, DTF, and even Knitting. It may sound complex, but below you'll find a breakdown of each method with clear examples of what they're used for:
DTG Printing
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing involves printing graphics directly onto the product. This method allows for vibrant, full-colour designs with fine details—perfect for T-shirts and hoodies.
All-Over Printing
This method means your design will cover the entire product. The artwork is printed onto large rolls of fabric before the material is cut and sewn together—ideal for seamless, edge-to-edge prints on garments.
Sublimation Printing
Similar to all-over printing, sublimation covers the full product—but in this case, the product (like a mug or phone case) is already fully assembled. The design is heat-transferred, resulting in bold, permanent colours.
Embroidery
Embroidery uses coloured threads sewn directly into the fabric. This adds a tactile, textured feel to your product and gives it a classic, premium finish—great for caps and sweatshirts.
DTF
DTF is used when DTG isn’t suitable—typically for fabrics like fleece, nylon, or blended materials. The design is printed onto a special film and then heat-transferred onto the fabric, offering flexibility across more product types.
Knitting
Yes, we even offer knitted designs! This method stitches your design directly into the fabric—ideal for custom patterns on high-quality knitwear like sweaters. It’s not printed; it’s woven right in.
