Once we’ve reviewed your case and confirmed the damage, we’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and the situation.
To avoid delays, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Keep the original packaging until we confirm the next steps—it may be needed for documentation or courier follow-up.
