What are the size limitations for custom prints?
Every customisable product on TraxonShop has a maximum print area—this is the space where your design can be placed. These size limits vary depending on the product and location (like the chest, back, or sleeves on a T-shirt), and are set to make sure your design prints clearly and stays within the correct zones.
Design Area Limits by Product
Each item has its own design boundaries, which define how big your image or text can appear. For example, a T-shirt’s chest area can support a large print, while sleeves or mugs may have smaller zones.
Automatic Size Guides in the Tool
Our Build Your Own Merch customiser will show you the printable area and prevent you from dragging your design outside those limits. This helps you place and scale your artwork correctly without the guesswork.
Warnings for Low-Quality Images
If your image is too small or doesn’t meet print-quality standards, the system will let you know before checkout. You can then upload a higher-resolution file to avoid blurry or pixelated results.
