What are the rules for using discount codes?

TraxonShop discount codes are designed to provide exclusive savings during promotions or as part of our rewards system. Each code comes with specific rules, which are typically outlined at the time of the promotion.
One-Time Use & Stacking
Most codes are valid for single use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Always check the promo details to understand any stacking rules.
Product & Order Restrictions
Some discount codes apply only to certain product categories,  require a minimum order size, or are valid within a specific date range. If a code isn’t working, make sure all these conditions are met and that the code hasn't expired.
Fair Use Policy
Abusing discount codes—such as trying to reuse codes—may result in the cancellation of your order or removal from our rewards program. Most of our codes however, you cannot reuse and are one time use. Public codes, which will be stated clearly on our newsletter or website, can be shared to friends & family.
Code Not Working
We’re sorry to hear that, if for a reason that your code does not work, don’t panic just contact us at our support desk, make sure you provide us the non working code along with any relevant details about the issue you're experiencing. Our team will investigate the problem and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
