What are the payment terms for bulk orders?
Bulk orders at TraxonShop are typically paid in full upfront at the time of ordering. Since we operate using a print-on-demand model, every item is produced specifically for your order, which means production can only begin after payment is received.

To keep things smooth and efficient, full payment is required before we start production. This ensures your items are queued quickly and helps maintain high quality and accuracy.
Invoices for Organisations
If you're ordering on behalf of a business, school, or organisation, we can provide a formal invoice upon request. This is useful for internal approvals or record-keeping. Let us know what details to include, such as your business name, address, or a purchase order (PO) reference.
No Delayed Payment Terms
At this time, we do not offer delayed payment terms or credit-based billing. However, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible—so if you have any specific requirements, just reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
