How long does it take to process a refund?


Once we receive your returned item, we need a bit of time to inspect its condition and verify it meets our return policy guidelines. This is to ensure everything is processed accurately and fairly.

Refund Processing
If your order qualifies for a refund—such as in cases of damaged goods, misprints, or incorrect items—you must submit a claim within 14 days after receiving the product. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Bank Refund Timelines
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. While we initiate the refund right away, it can take up to 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank or provider.

You’ll Be Notified
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been approved and processed. If you haven’t received your funds after the expected timeframe, just get in touch, and we’ll be happy to follow up on your behalf.
