How does TraxonShop handle copyright and original designs?
At TraxonShop, we respect the importance of intellectual property and creative ownership. All official designs, logos, product images, and written content across the store belong to TraxonMedia LTD and are protected by copyright laws. These materials are created for our brand and may not be copied, shared, or reused without permission.
Original Work
Even though our YouTube content includes gameplay footage and commentary about games made by other companies, our merch focuses on original concepts, phrases, and creative designs that reflect our channel’s unique style and voice—not the intellectual property of game developers.
Custom Uploads
When using the Build Your Own Merch tool, you’re responsible for ensuring that anything you upload (images, logos, or text) is your own original work or that you have permission to use it. Uploading copyrighted, trademarked, or offensive content is not allowed and may lead to your order being rejected and cancelled.
Protecting Creativity
All of our designs and content are 100% original and created exclusively for TraxonMedia LTD, JumpInside Games, and TMRadio. We do not use copyrighted material from other creators. If you would like to message us about this, then please message our helpdesk for more information.
