How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Yes, TraxonShop does send emails about product updates, store announcements, and special promotions. While we haven’t launched full-scale campaigns yet, you can opt in when creating an account—or subscribe anytime using the subscribe box at the bottom of our homepage. Just enter your email, click subscribe, and confirm via the link sent to your inbox.
If you later decide you no longer wish to receive non-essential emails, simply click the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of any marketing email. This won’t affect essential messages like order confirmations or delivery updates.
What Emails Do You Send?
We occasionally send emails related to:
- New product launches and collections
- Promotions or seasonal announcements
- Important updates about TraxonShop, JumpInside Games, or TMRadio
You’ll still receive essential messages like order confirmations and shipping updates even if you unsubscribe from promotions.
