How do I return an item?


Returning an item is simple—just make sure it meets our return eligibility first. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify.
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Start by contacting our support team with your order number and a short explanation of why you’d like to return the item. If it qualifies, we’ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Carefully repackage the item, and make sure to include your name and order number inside the parcel. This helps us identify the return when it arrives. All returned items must be in sellable condition to be approved.

Step 3: Review and Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll either issue a refund or offer store credit, depending on your request and eligibility. Please note that custom items are non-returnable, unless there was a production error or damage.
