How do I know if my order was successful?


Once you complete checkout on TraxonShop, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page showing your order number and a breakdown of your items. This is your first sign that your order has gone through successfully. Within a few minutes, we’ll also send a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.
Email Confirmation Details
Your confirmation email will include your order number, items purchased, shipping details, and your total cost. If you designed a custom product, it may also include a preview or description of your design for reference.

Didn’t Get an Email?
If you don’t receive your confirmation within 15–30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder just in case. Also make sure the email you entered at checkout was correct.

Need Help? Just Ask
If you’re unsure whether your order went through or something feels off, you can contact our support team. Just provide your name and any details you remember—we’ll confirm everything for you on our end.
