Do you offer free shipping?
TraxonShop does not currently offer free shipping as a standard option. Because each item is made to order and shipped via trusted fulfilment services, we apply shipping fees to keep the process efficient and consistent.
That said, we may offer free shipping during promotional seasons or as part of limited-time offers—so it’s worth keeping an eye on our website, social channels, or newsletter for updates.
Why Shipping Isn’t Free
Shipping costs are based on real carrier rates, and because each item is printed individually, we don’t bundle orders in the same way large retail chains do. This helps us maintain the quality of both the product and the service..
Smart Shipping Calculation
We always aim to give you the best shipping value, which is why our smart shipping calculator reduces costs by bundling items. Instead of charging something like £3.59 per item, it combines your order—so 5 items might ship for just £8.39, or a T-shirt and hoodie could cost only £6.19 to ship. This makes your order cheaper overall, no matter the mix.
We Focus on Product Value
Even though we don’t offer free shipping, we regularly look for ways to offer better value through product discounts. This ensures that even with shipping, you're getting a competitive price without sacrificing quality or customisation options.
