Do you offer design services for bulk orders?
TraxonShop does not officially provide full design services, but we understand that some businesses, teams, or organisations might need help with simple artwork or adjustments when placing a bulk order.
Limited Design Assistance
We can assist with basic requests, such as logo placement, resizing, or text-based designs. This is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we’re happy to review your needs if you reach out with details.
Timeframes & Capacity
Because of our small team and limited resources, design support can take up to 14 days depending on the complexity and our current workload. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible—especially if you’re working toward a specific event or launch date.
For Complex Projects
If your design requirements are more advanced than what we can assist with, we’ll guide you on how to prepare files that meet our print standards or suggest working with a professional designer to finalise your artwork.
