Custom items created through our Build Your Own Merch (BYOM) feature are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive with a production issue, such as a misprint, manufacturing error, or damage during delivery. Because each item is uniquely made based on your submitted design, we cannot accept returns for issues like incorrect sizing, colour preferences, or design changes after the order is placed.
Why Custom Items Are Non-Returnable
Each BYOM product is made to order using your chosen artwork and layout. This makes it impossible to restock or resell the item, which is why we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for personal preference or buyer’s remorse.

If There’s a Problem, We’ll Help
If your item arrives with a fault—such as a printing error, damage, or the wrong product—contact us immediately. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the issue was on our end.

Future Options for Resale
While we do not currently accept custom item returns, we are exploring the idea of an additional shop area where customers could resell their BYOM designs and potentially earn profit on them. This would offer more flexibility in the future for those who want to share or pass on their creations. Stay tuned for updates!
