Can I return a custom-designed BYOM merch?
Because custom items are made specifically for you, Build Your Own Merch (BYOM) products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a printing issue. Each item is printed on demand based on your exact design choices, so we’re unable to accept returns for things like size changes, design adjustments, or change of mind.
Why Custom Items Are Final Sale
Since BYOM products are personalised and printed just for you, they can’t be resold or restocked. This helps keep the process sustainable and fair for everyone involved in on-demand production.
What If There’s a Problem?
If your custom item arrives damaged, with a print error, or contains a mistake we’re responsible for, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

To avoid issues, we always recommend reviewing your design, checking your size, and confirming all custom details before placing your order. The preview tool is there to help you visualise everything exactly how it will appear.
