Can I request a specific design or special order?
We’re always open to hearing your design suggestions! However, please note that not every idea will be approved or added to the shop. If your request isn’t accepted, you can still bring your idea to life using our BYOM (Build Your Own Merch) section. If you’re unsure whether your idea might raise copyright issues, don’t worry—just message us, and we’ll help you figure out if it’s eligible.
Use BYOM for Custom Ideas
If you have a design you’re passionate about, our Build Your Own Merch feature lets you upload your own artwork, add custom text, and create something completely unique. This tool gives you full creative control, making it perfect for personal pieces, one-offs, or team and group designs.

Special Requests
We currently handle special design requests privately, meaning you won’t find an online form on the website. If you have a specific design idea you think could fit into our official merch range, contact us through the helpdesk. We’ll review it and consider whether it aligns with our branding and store direction. Please understand that not all requests can move forward.

If you’re a creator or community leader interested in doing a co-branded merch drop or limited-run collaboration, we’d love to hear from you! We’re open to exploring partnerships that fit our brand vision and will expand these opportunities as the platform grows.
