Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request to permanently delete your TraxonShop account at any time. This gives you full control over your data and profile within our system. However, we do need to mention that, as outlined in our Privacy Policy (https://portal.traxon.media/policies/privacy-policy), we are allowed to retain certain data for up to six months for legal, operational, or fraud prevention purposes. If you’d like your account removed, simply contact us through the support desk and we’ll guide you through the process.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account, simply submit a request through our Support Desk. Make sure to include the email address linked to your account so we can confirm your identity and begin the process securely.
What Happens Next
Once verified, we’ll remove your saved account information, order history, and any personal preferences associated with your profile. Please note—this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
